19. Place the optics unit back on the measuring cell
unit of the AquaScat SG (A) and lock with the
four mounting clips. Pay attention to the guide
pins (see figure).
20. Check the sample flow in the OilGuard SG (A).

21. Remove the optics unit from the OilGuard SG (A)
and place in the recess (docking station).

24. Place the optics unit back on the measuring cell
unit of the OilGuard SG (A) and lock with the
four mounting clips. Pay attention to the guide

the checklist in the servicing schedule.

External control
: If control of the Scrubber-
Guard is made using a control system, the con-
trol signal must be connected to the digital input
(Section 5.4) or field bus (Section 5.5) and the
control must be set to
External
in the
Scrubber
menu (see Reference Handbook). Check the
function of the external control.
30. The ScrubberGuard is now ready for operation.
