7.3 REPLACE FEED SPRING OR PUSHER
7.4 REPLACE DRIVER BLADE
– Disconnect tool from air supply.
– Remove the top cap (Fig. 7/1) and the collar (7/8).
– Turn the tool upside down and knock it carefully
against a piece of wood to loosen the piston cpl
(7/7A).
– Remove the pin (7/6) and replace the driver blade
(7/7).
– Grease (Part No 184943) all O-rings and sliding
surfaces.
– Insert the driver into the nozzle and push it down.
Check that the piston and the driver move freely in
the cylinder and in the nozzle.
– Mount the collar (7/8) top cap and tighten it.
– Disconnect tool from air supply.
– Remove the two front screws (Fig. 6/15) at the
front nozzle plate.
– Remove the screw (6/42) holding magazine to the
body and remove the magazine.
– Remove the screws (6/38) holding the magazine
rear cover (6/51A).
– Remove the pusher (6/54) and the feed spring
(6/53).
– Mount the pusher spring under the front roller.
– First mount the pusher; tension the pusher spring a
little, carefully release the pusher and then attach
the spring to the rear hook.
– Mount the inner rail into the outer rail and assem-
ble the magazine rear cover.
– Assemble the magazine to the body. Check that all
screws are tighten.
