Operating conditions and limitations: 

 

This instrument is designed for outdoor use and wet locations 
but must not be submerged. 

 

Operating temperature: –20 to +40 °C (-4 to +104 °F) 

 

Before installing the instrument, make sure there are no 
restrictions of the use of radio transmitters at the intended site. 

 
 

 

The unit is heavy, take care and precautions when handling the 
unit. 

 

Do not open the flame proof enclosure in an explosive 
environment, always move the unit to a secure area before 
opening. 

 

Carefully make sure that the flame proof enclosure is fully sealed 
with all screws and newly applied grease when closed. 

 

Inspect the flange on the lid and the box for damages before 
every use. 

 

Please refer to local standards and the information on the product 
label for safe operating limits.
