POLARIZATION INDEX (PI) 

PI is the ra o of Insula on Resistance values measured a er 1 minute and a er 10 minutes. The 
DC test voltage is present during the whole period of the measurement (an Insula on Resistance 
measurement is also running). On comple on of the test the PI ra o is displayed

DAR  is  ra o  of  insula on  resistance  values  measured  a er  30s  and  a er  1  minute.  The  DC  test 
voltage is present during the whole period of the test (also an Insula on Resistance measurement 
is con nually running). At the end, the DAR ra o is displayed:
