All units that connect to terminals Y and U, together with the SQS65U, must
connect to the same G0.

 

When wiring the position output to AI terminations, connect terminal U to SIG and
terminal G0 to COM.

 

The factory-fitted link across terminals R and M can be removed only if a unit
connects between these terminals.

Start-Up

Remove the actuator cover and verify the selector plug is set for the desired flow
characteristic. See Figure 4

.

Troubleshooting

  Check wiring for appropriate connections (Figure 3).

  Check selector plug for proper flow characteristic.

 

Check valve operation. Thread plastic valve cap (Figure 1) onto top of valve. Turn it
to adjust valve position.

If either valve or actuator is inoperative, replace that unit.
