1. Navigate to the parameter view.

2. Select the "Upper scaling point" parameter [19].
3. Use the button to confirm.
4. Set the upper scaling point.

Sets the flow value for the low flow cut-off. The flow value is suppressed up to certain
percentage of the output value.
