Completing commissioning

1. Create the recovery points for both partitions of the IPC.
2. Disconnect the connection from the local service PC to the IPC/to the converter Control Unit.
3. Withdraw the LAN cable from the SCALANCE switch interface.
4. Close the converter control cabinet.
