Note
• 3KF switch disconnectors for AC applications can accommodate a maximum of 4 contact
elements; a 4th pole can only be used on a 3-pole 3KF.
•
An additional pole or an auxiliary switch module can be used on each side of the 3KF
with front operating mechanism.
• An additional pole or an auxiliary switch module can be used on the side of the 3KF with
lateral operating mechanism opposite the operating mechanism module.
•
Auxiliary switch modules have two sets of screws in the scope of supply. The self-tapping
screws are used for mounting on a 3KF switch disconnector with fuses.
• The auxiliary switch modules with test function or with a leading NO contact and test
function can only be mounted directly next to the operating mechanism module of the
3KF.
•
Additional poles have two sets of screws in the scope of supply. The shorter screws are
used when only the additional pole is mounted. The longer screws are used if an
additional pole and an auxiliary switch module are mounted.
