Playing a recorded announcement / Triggering an evacuation with a
recorded announcement
1. Select a zone or several zones by pressing the correspondingly labeled
buttons.
Selected zone buttons light up.
2. Press a button correspondingly labeled with the required announcement.
Already active announcements are deactivated in the selected zones.
With the corresponding configuration, the announcement is also emitted via
the integrated speaker.
The announcement is continually repeated.
3. Press the corresponding button labeled with the required announcement again
to end the announcement.
4. Press the selected zone buttons again.
The button lighting goes out.
Recording an announcement
1. Press the correspondingly labeled button.
2. Press the correspondingly labeled speak button for the manual announcement.
The microphone is activated.
3. Speak into the microphone at a normal sound level.
The announcement is recorded in the device's internal memory.
Automatic deletion of recorded announcements

Disconnect the call station from the power supply.
Recorded voice messages are deleted from the device's internal memory.
Resetting the fault message

LED 'FAULT' lights up.

Press the corresponding button labeled <RESET>.
LED 'FAULT' goes out.
The fault in the system has been rectified.
The fault message is reset.
