A-opener
Each AS 3500 multi-point lock can be upgraded to an
electromechanical multi-point lock using the A-opener
motors (available for purchase separately).
Functional mode
Automatic mechanical locking, electromechanical
release.
The hook bolts of the auxiliary box and the latches are
retracted into the main lock in case of electromechanical
opening. The deadbolt in the main lock is not locked in
this opening procedure.
The motor is fixed with three screws (included). If the
motor is not installed, the screw holes are covered by
three normal fixing screws (8 mm countersunk head).
Enables connection to an intercom system or access
control system. These connection options correspond to
KFV Genius type A.
Cable transfers and accessories from the well-known KFV
Genius programme are compatible, and assembly and
connection are similar. KFV A-openers do not require a reed
contact and no magnet is required on the frame side.
