Replacing the carbon brushes.
For safety reasons, the machine automatically shuts off if the carbon brushes are so worn that
they no longer have contact with the motor. In that case, the carbon brushes should be repla-
ced by a pair of similar carbon brushes available through after-sales service or qualified per-
sonnel.
Loosen the carbon brush cover counterclockwise with a screwdriver, open the cover and
remove the carbon brushes. If they are 6mm or less, then both must be replaced. Put in new
carbon brushes and replace the brush case.

9. Maintenance
Never use aggressive detergents or solvents for cleaning.
a. Avoid accidents, always unplug the saw from the power source before cleaning or perfor-
ming any maintenance, the saw can be cleaned more effectively using compressed air. Always
wear safety glasses when using compressed air. If compressed air is not available, use a brush
to remove dust and remove dust and shavings from the saw.
b. The motor vents and switch levers must be kept clean and free of foreign material. Do not
attempt to clean by inserting sharp objects through the openings.
c. Never use caustic agents to clean plastic parts. Such as: gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, chlori-
nated cleaning solvents, ammonia, and household cleaners that contain ammonia. Do not use
any of these agents to clean the saw.
