When using soft or PTFE sealings, observe the instructions of the sealing manufacturer, particularly with
regard to tightening torque and load cycles.
■
When using a weld-in flange with leakage detection port, position this so that the hole for leakage detec
-
tion points downwards. Weld the welding socket flush with the inner wall of the vessel and grind down. The
surface roughness of the ground surfaces should be better than Ra ≤ 0.8 µm.

The blue cap of the sensor housing can be rotated against the stainless steel housing by 330°. There are
hard stops in both directions. Do not overwind the cap.
6.2 Making the electrical connection

The instrument must be earthed via the process connection!

6.3 Zero point adjustment
Check the indicated zero point on the display during commissioning.
Should an offset be displayed as a result of installation, this can be reset in programming mode with the 0SET
parameter (see chapter 6.7 "Menu").
If a shut-off valve is available, open it slowly after installation in order to avoid pressure surges.
