Analog outputs
Functional principle
●
The analog outputs supply a load-independent current signal.
●
The electronic measuring range is 0 … 20 mA or 4 … 20 mA (setting
).
●
The electronic measuring range corresponds to the current measuring range or a
permanently set range (setting
Malfunction display
If the current measured values are not valid, the following measurement signal is output:
Analog output “Measured value”
The current signal of the “Measured value” analog output corresponds to the current
measured value in the currently selected measuring range.
●
The current measuring range can be signaled by the “Reference value” analog output.
●
Sliding averaging can be activated (
●
The function is variable during calibration (
).
Analog output “Reference value”
The function of the “Reference value” analog output depends on the set measuring range
mode (
CAUTION:
Possible danger for connected devices/stations
When the operating unit is switched on, the analog outputs emit a current of
22 mA for a short time (= 110 % of the measuring range).
Before switching the operating unit off:
If necessary for safety reasons,
inform connected stations and/or deactivate connected devices (e.g. alarm
indicator).
