SSI
Data transfer with the setting "SSI" takes place on request of the control, with cycle time
and transfer speed being adjustable in a large range.
For this, a cycle sequence is put on the DME reception input by the connected control unit.
With each positive cycle flank, a data bit is pushed onto the DME transmission line,
starting with the highest bit. Between two cycle sequences, there is a cycle break of at
least 30 µs. The bit cycle is between 70 kHz and 500 kHz and depends on the line length.
