During the control examination it is necessary to check the
following:
1).Availability, fixing and laying of the components from
the device complete set;
2). Clearness of the components from the device complete
set;
3).Operability of the device.
For everyday technical maintenance it is necessary to:
1). Clean from dust, damp, dirt and corrosional products
all the components and connectors of the device;
2). Check the integrity of connectors, charger, storage
battery, search head and electronic unit;
3). Eliminate all noted faults, influencing the device
operability;
4). Lubricate the screw joints of electronic unit with handle
and telescopic bar and armrest with the nut by the technical
vaseline;
5). Charge the storage battery in due course.
Transportation and storage of the device should be
perfomed in the case for transportation and storage at the
temperature from -30 up to +50°C and relative humidity up to
93%. The device should be protected from dust, vapors, acids,
alkalis, aggressive gases and other harmful impurities,
causing corrosion.
The device in the case can be transported by any kind of
transport. While transportation at open platforms or cars,
containers with the devices should be covered by canvas.
Case with the device should be hold r igidly at the
transportation means in order to avoid its relocation.
The charger is intended for charging Ni-MH (nickel-
metalhydride) storage batteries (7.2V, 3.5 Ah), supplied with
the device complete set. The charger operates from main ( 90
- 240V AC, 50 - 60 Hz) and from car power supply of 12V DC.
