5.4 How to Connect the Pump to the Battery Unit
When connecting the LV-40BW to the BU-24B/BU-24L or connecting two or three BU-24B/BU-24L
units together, use the twist lock.
(1) Stack the units to be connected.
(2)
Check that the knob on the twist lock is at the top position
(at right angles towards the front).
(3)
As shown in the figure, fit the hook in place and turn the knob 180 degrees. The hook will be
hooked in place. Pull the knob down.

Twist locks are attached on the left and right. Perform the above operation for both locks.
* Twist locks are not provided on the BC-100B. When connecting the BC-100B and
BU-24B/BU-24L, place the BU-24B/BU-24L on top of the BC-100B.
Pay attention to the following points when making connections. We cannot accept any responsibility
for accidents that are caused due to not observing the following cautions.
* Take care not to nip your hands.
* Connect the units properly as described above. If connections are unstable,
units may become disconnected, and cause malfunction or injury.
* Do not carry units while they are still connected. In particular, carry the
BU-24B/BU-24L one unit at a time. Carrying units while they are still
connected may damage handles and cause them to fall.
* If cracks or other apparent abnormalities are found in each of the handles,
immediately stop use and contact your Sibata distributor.
