SAVE-MODE
The SHX panel has an economy mode, which should help you save electricity!
As soon as the desired room temperature that you have set is reached, the device stops the
high temperature output - however the low temperature output remains active in order to
maintain the target temperature.
NOTE
If the room temperature is 2 degrees above the set temperature, the device is
switched off. The panel is only activated when the temperature has dropped by 2
degrees compared to the set target temperature.
PROTECTIVE DEVICE
The SHX panel is equipped with a protective device that is designed to protect the
device as well as to prevent a fire.
Please note that the mechanism is not an auto stop or other comfort function.
Always switch off the device, pull out the mains plug and wait until the heater cools
down before you move, clean or store the device.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION
If there is any risk of overheating (e.g. cover of the device, mains overload), the built-in
overheating protection switches the device off.
As soon as the device cools down, the device automatically switches on and continues as
before.
