Power Management Setup

The Power Management Setup allows you to configure your system to
most effectively saving energy while operating in a manner consistent
with your own style of computer use.

ACPI Function

This item allows you to enable/disable the Advanced Configuration and
Power Management (ACPI)

The choice: Enabled or Disabled.

ACPI Suspend Type

This item allows you to select sleep state when suspend.

The choice: S1(POS), S3(STR), or S1&S3.

Run VGABIOS if S3 Resume (Auto)

Allows the system to initialize a VGA BIOS from S3 (Suspend to RAM)
sleep state.

The choice: Auto, Yes, or No.

Power Management

This category allows you to select the type (or degree) of power saving
and is directly related to the following modes:
Min Saving

Minimum power management.
Suspend Mode= 1 hr.
HDD Power Down=15min.
