Step 4
Now fit the brake assemblies using the
supplied M8 screws and washers.
Before tightening be sure to set the
brake up properly.
Step 1: Make sure the brake handle is
released and pointing back
Step 2: Slide the brake in the slots until
the arm is 10mm from the tyre.
Step 3: Tighten the screws and test the
brake.
The brake arm should press into the
tyre enough to prevent the wheel from
turning.
If the wheel still turns repeat the steps
above and reduce the gap before
re-tightening.

Be sure to check all screws are tight
and that the brake is fully functioning
on both sides before using your SB6
shower chair with wheelchair kit.
NOTE:
If you would like to increase the height of your
SB6 WW24 by a further 25mm you will need to
replace the front caster legs with the ones
provided in the WW24 kit. Refer to the instruc-
tions that came with your WW24 kit to see how
this should be done.
Some basic tools will be needed.
