Once the assembly is complete, test run your machine to
make sure it runs properly.
If, during the test run, you cannot easily locate the source
of an unusual noise or vibration, stop using the machine
immediately, then review the
Troubleshooting

Make sure you understand the safety instructions
at the beginning of the manual, and verify that the
machine is setup properly.

Ensure all tools and objects used during set up are
cleared away from the machine.

For your convenience, the adjustments
listed below have been performed at the
factory and no further setup is required to
operate your machine.
However, because of the many variables
involved with shipping, some of these
adjustments may need to be repeated to
ensure optimum results. Keep this in mind
as you start to use your new drum sander.

Connect the machine to the power source.

Press the ON button, then rotate the variable speed
knob clockwise to start the conveyor belt.
5.
Listen to and watch for abnormal noises or actions.
The machine should run smoothly with little or no
vibration or rubbing noises.

and corrected before operating the machine
further. Always disconnect the machine from
power when investigating or correcting potential
problems.

Press the OFF button to stop the machine.
