Maintenance, replacement or repair of emission control devices and systems may be performed by any repair
establishment or individual, however, warranty repairs must be performed by a dealer or service center authorized
by shindaiwa corporation the use of parts that are not equivalent in performance and durabil-ity to authorized parts
may impair the effectiveness of the emission control sys-tem and may have a bearing on the outcome of a warranty
claim.

Intervals
WARNING
Moving parts can amputate fingers or cause severe injuries. Keep hands, clothing and loose objects away from all
openings. Always stop engine, disconnect spark plug, and make sure all moving parts have come to a complete stop
before removing obstructions, clearing debris, or servicing unit. Allow unit to cool before performing service. Wear
gloves to protect hands from sharp edges and hot surfaces.
