When attaching the cup, check that there is no foreign material adhering to the O-ring.

Be sure to wipe away any fuel that has spilled out of the piping when removing the filter.

Fuel filter element part no.:8980366540 (ISUZU part no.)
(7) Clean gauze filter in engine feed pump
Clean
Every 500 hours
Remove eyebolts.
Remove gauze filter in eyebolts.
Wash gauze filters in Diesel fuel and reinstall
in the reverse order.

Eye Bolt tightening torque :
44N


Put a tray under the pump in order to catch spilled
fuel when loosing the bolt.

Gaskets are attached to both ends of joint pipe. Be
careful not to lose and install
them in the unit without fail.

Change both gauze filter and eyebolt when gauze
filter is damaged.

Extract the air in fuel line after gauze filter washing
finishes.
( Refer to 9-2. Procedures during Operation
)

Ensure that there is no fuel leakage after reinstallation.

Eye bolt part No.:8970631550 (Gauze filter included)
(8) Change filter in the magnet pump for automatic fuel extraction
Change Every 1000 hours
Turn the cover, located at the bottom of pump,
counter-clockwise and removefilter.
Reinstall a replacing filter in the reverse order.


Put a tray under the lever in order to catch spilled fuel when
changing filter.

Extract the air in fuel line after filter changing finishes.
( Refer to 9-2. Procedures during Operation )

Ensure that there is no fuel leakage after reinstallation.

