Tire pressure
Spoke tension
For your own safety and to ensure that your
bike behaves correctly, you should:
Every time before use:
- Check the state and pressure of your tires.
- Make a visual check for cuts, nails, sharp
objects.
Mandatory:
- Regular tire pressure checks while cold.
(see table)
- Use a calibrated pressure gauge.
Do not forget to check the tension of the spokes:
Warning : Correct tension ensures stability and safe riding.
Carry out a check before and after each time you use your bike, espe-
cially when it is new or if any of the spokes have been changed.
- Using a screwdriver, gently tap each spoke

The sound should ring clear.
- If the sound is flat, you will need to get your spokes tensioned at a
dealership.

Removing and replacing the rear wheel
To remove the rear wheel :
- Unscrew nut

and remove the sliding part,

- Tap the axle

with a nylon mallet, and remove it,
- Move the wheel as far forward as possible,
- Remove the chain and the wheel.
To replace the rear wheel :
- Reverse the procedure, greasing the axle, with
grease.
Warning
: Check and make sure that you have pro-
perly tightened the rear axle by pushing it forward.
Degrease the disc with solvent Brake cleaner
- Prime the brake
