Check whether the USB cable is connected
(USB-B connects to the KVM switch, USB-A
connects to the PC host)
Check whether the monitor is connected to the
KVM switch
Check whether the monitor and the PC host
are in the power-on state, and the monitor is
directly connected to the PC host

No mouse and
keyboard
Check whether the USB cable and the DVI
signal cable are connected to the same PC host
Unplug all the USB cables of port 1 and port 2
respectively and reconnect them one by one
If you are using a mechanical keyboard or
mouse or a mouse with macros, please use the
front USB port to connect

No audio
microphone
Check whether the audio cable, microphone
cable, and DVI signal cable are connected to
the same PC host
Ensure that the audio and microphone devices
are in the power-on state
Check whether the audio and microphone
devices are correctly connected to the KVM
switch
Check whether the sound card of the PC host
has recognized the audio and microphone
equipment
