8.3 SHUT-OFF button
It is highly recommended to logoff the furnace at the end of standard use. It safely shuts
down the furnace’s electronics.
8.4 Modular Sintering Table
The Modular Sintering Table is designed in 2 parts; the base and the insert. The Modular
Sintering Table is delivered only with the SINTRA PRO 120 Zrf model.
This part is a consumable part subject to wear and tear. An advantage is that only the
insert can be exchanged and not the entire table.
While using the fast cycle, the insert is used as a fast cycle table and
beads can be place into it and the restoration is placed on the insert
directly without lid or tray.
In the furnace, inserts can be stacked one on the other up to 3 units,
thus reducing the size of the chamber, by this action, the speed of
the temperature ramp is increased, hence shortening the sintering
cycle.
By removing the insert, the trays can be stacked up to 3 units on the
table base for maximum capacity.
Do not place more than 3 unit together of trays or insert.
TIP: The total height should not exceed 100mm.
