• Cut potatoes into small pieces.
• Arrange the vegetables in a shallow
dish in the following way: hard
vegetables around the outside, soft
vegetables in the centre, medium
vegetables in-between.
• Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
• After cooking, stir then stand
covered.
