MEMORY READJUSTMENT PROCEDURE

1. To set the standard voltage

When the IC2 is changed in the control unit, the standard voltage must be set again for power supply check.
The power supply must be set 230V within 

±

 1V, and 230V connector in control unit installed.

NOTE :
1. This procedure must be performed within 1 minute.
2. When IC2 malfunctions the unit does not function normally (correct cooking data is not output, data is not stored

correctly in memory, etc.).

3. Initialization of memory after repairing the touch control panel.

After repairing the touch control panel, reset all counters to 0 (including service counter). Make sure that the constant which is stated
on page 22 (fig.2) has been memorized. If it mismatches, input the constant according to "EXPRESS DEFROST" on page 28.

A CHECK PROCEDURE FOR ERROR CODE INDICATION EE1, EE2

When the error code EE1 or EE2 is displayed, carry out following procedures and find out the defective parts.

 

When oscillation is

unstable due to defect of upper and/or lower magnetron or defective driving circuits, error code indications EE1 or EE2 do not
function properly.

[CHECK METHOD FOR ERROR CODE INDICATION]

Put water in a cup and place inside the oven inside, and operate each circuit separately.
And check working of each circuit by temperature rise of the water and judge which magnetron circuit is defect.
After judging, please replace or repair applicable part according to the troubleshooting guide in the service manual.

[CAUTION ABOUT HIGH VOLTAGE]

There is high voltage present inside, disconnect the power supply cord from the outlet before removing the outer case.
Reinstall the outer case when operate the unit.

[JUDGMENT PROCEDURE]

1. Disconnect the plug from the outlet.
2. Remove the air filter and unscrew two screws at the control panel lower holding the control panel.
3. Push up the control panel and pull it toward.
