The CCD is driven by the 1-chip engine (XFCR-MVP), and the output
video signal from the CCD is input into the XFCR-MVP through the
amplifying circuit and clamp circuit.
The ADC and buffer are provided in the XFCR-MVP, and the digital
image processing is performed.
(6) Speaker amplifier
The speaker amplifier monitors the line under the on-hook mode,
outputs the buzzer sound generated from the XFCR-MVP, ringer
sound, DTMF generated from the modem, and line sound.
(7) Adjustment of voice/ringer volume
The voice/ringer volume can be adjusted by using the panel bottons
"UP" and "DOWN".

The ringer volume can be adjusted in the Stand-by mode by press-
ing the UP/DOWN button.
•
The reception level can be adjusted by pressing the UP/DOWN
button when the handset is located in the off-hook state.
•
The speaker volume can be adjusted by using the speaker key.
(8) Multifunction interface block
IC5 (M66230FP) for the asynchronous serial communication con-
trolled with IC4 (XFCR-MVP) executes the serial communication with
the personal computer.
1) M66230FP (IC5): pin-28 SOP(UART)
The data is received in parallel from IC4 (FXCR-MVP), is converted in
series and transferred to the personal computer. Moreover, the serial
data from the personal computer is received, is converted into paral-
lel, and is output to IC4 (FXCR-MVP).
