Check AT 5V and GND lines.

Replace receiver.

IC504.
Replace IC504.

change from "L" to "H" level?
Check IC504.
Yes
Dose the base of Q9005 change from "L" to "H"
level? No Check lines between the Q9005 and all the way up
thru to IC504.

Are the circuits of AUDIO 9V SW turned on?
No

Is 0.6V fed to pin(95) of IC504? No Check lines between at AD connector and TB

Check between IC701 and IC504.
