SHARP ELECTRONICS CORPORATION warrants to the f i rst consumer purchaser that th i s Sharp brand product (the
" Product " ), when sh i p i n i ts or i g i nal conta i ner, w i ll be free from defect i ve workmansh i p and mater i als, and agrees that i t w i ll,
at i ts opt i on, e i ther repa i r the defect or replace the defect i ve Product or part thereof w i th a new or remanufactured equ i valent
at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor for the per i od(s) set forth below.
Th i s warranty does not apply to any appearance i tems of the Product nor to the add i t i onal excluded i tem(s) set forth below
nor to any Product the exter i or of wh i ch has been damaged or defaced, wh i ch has been sub j ected to i mproper voltage or
other m i suse, abnormal serv i ce or handl i ng, or wh i ch has been altered or mod i f i ed i n des i gn or construct i on.
In order to enforce the r i ghts under th i s l i m i ted warranty, the purchaser should follow the steps set forth below and prov i de
proof of purchase to the serv i cer.

In no event shall Sharp be l i able, or i n any way respons i ble, for any damages or defects i n the Product wh i ch were caused
by repa i rs or attempted repa i rs performed by anyone other than an author i zed serv i cer. Nor shall Sharp be l i able or i n any
way respons i ble for any i nc i dental or consequent i al econom i c or property damage. Some states do not allow the exclus i on
of i nc i dental or consequent i al damages, so the above exclus i on may not apply to you.
