3. Vertical size adjustment (D02)
Adjustment preparation
(1) The set can face east or west.
(2) Input the single cross test signal.
(3) Set service mode to D02 position.
(4) The lens focus adjustment should have been completed.
(5) The electric focus should have been coarse adjusted.
(6) Set the digital convergence to MUTE ON (Uncorrected state). With AC power off disconnect wire "DI" from the
PWB.
(7) Start adjustment 20 minutes or more after TV is turned on.
Adjustment procedure
(1) Turn only the green by applying covers to the red and blue lens.
(2) Change the number of D02 so that vertical scan size is as shown bellow on the top and bottom sides.
4. Horizontal size adjustment (D07)
Adjustment preparation
(1) The set can face east or west.
(2) Input the single cross test signal.
(3) Set service mode to D07 position.
(4) The lens focus adjustment should have been cpmpleted.
(5) The electric focus should have been coarse adjusted.
(6) Set the digital convergence to MUTE ON (Uncorrected state). With AC power off disconnect wire "DI" from the
PWB.
(7) Start adjustment 20 minutes or more after TV is turned on.
Adjustment procedure
(1) Project only green, the same as 3..
(2) Change the number of D07 so that horizontal scan size is as shown bellow on the left and right sides.

Notes: (1) Internal cross-hatch should be used for measurement of horizontal size after the
adjustment of changing D07.
(2) Reconnect any disconnected internal wires.
