The Steam Bottle is not 
plugged in. 

There is not enough  
water in the unit.

Verify that the Blue light is on and 
the product is plugged in correctly 
into a working outlet. 

Fill the steam bottle tank.

There is not 

enough steam

Mineral build-up may be 
clogging the nozzle.

Water level may be low.

Using the nozzle cleaner, carefully 
clean the nozzle to remove debris. 

Fill the steam bottle tank.

The cleaning 

pockets are

may be dirty and need 
to be replaced or
