Refilling EFOY service fluid
If the Please refill service fluid message appears in the operating panel or EFOY app, please
follow the instructions.
Use only original EFOY service fluid. Add a bottle of EFOY service fluid as
needed. Do not add a second bottle of EFOY service fluid unless the message
appears again. A bottle is only intended for one use.
Switch off the EFOY fuel cell (see

Unplug the charging cable (see
S
ECTION
Cut off the tip of the bottle with a clean pair of scissors.
Disconnect the exhaust gas hose.
Ensure that dirt or foreign bodies do
not enter the filling hole.
Guide the tip of the bottle into the
exhaust gas opening.
Slowly squeeze the entire contents
into the hole.
If EFOY service fluid spills over, wipe
it up with a cloth.
Reattach the exhaust gas hose.
Reattach the charging cable. The
EFOY is now in Automatic mode once
again.
Obtain a new bottle of
EFOY service fluid from your
specialist dealer.
