•  After pressing the flush button(24), 

the flush does not start

•  The electrical power supply is not 

active or the electrical power supply 
is defective

•  Restore the electrical supply and 

check the electrical power supply

•  Otherwise, ask an approved 

repair agent to intervene

•  The cycle is triggered but not much 

water flows into the toilet bowl

•  The inlet filter on the solenoid 

valve (28) is clogged.

• Insufficient water supply flow

• Clean the solenoid valve filter
• Modify the installation

•  The cycle is triggered but no water 

flows into the toilet bowl

• The stopcock is closed
• The solenoid valve (28) is faulty

• Open the stopcock
•  Consult the SFA customer service

•  The cycle is carried out correctly and 

the motor runs, but the water in the 
toilet bowl is only removed gradually 
or is not removed at all

• Insufficient water supply flow
•  The valve flap on the siphon (23) is 

leaking

•  Increase the rinsing time 

(programming)

•  6Clean or replace the valve flap on 

the siphon (23)

•  The cycle is carried out correctlybut a 

lot of water stays in the toilet bowl

• The drain height is too great.
• The non-return valve is faulty

• Modify the installation
•  Clean or replace the non-return valve
