Destination sign and Control Unit description
The electronic itinerary consists of an electronic panel LED the
implementation of which in bus has the finality to inform through
electronic messages the origin and / or destination paths and routes
trip, to users of public transport system (urban and road).
The destination sign also can be applied to trucks, vans, trains,
special vehicles, in shops or any other application for presenting
information, warnings, advertisements, etc.
The Control Unit (UC) that accompanying the destination sign
is an electronic device made up of an information display, a commu-
nication keyboard interface, and a programming USB port, whose
main finality is to manage information and data related to electronic
itineraries. Messages are recorded through the software of destina-
tion sign programming installed on the PC and transferred to UC
using a pen drive. Via cable Data, the UC sends text messages to all
itineraries installed.
The Connect Box interconnects the data network between all
destination sign. Used in city buses equipped with two or more
destination sign.
