Update the configura,on file or firmware for Atlas PCIe switch.
Usage: fdl sbr|fw|mfg
lsd Command
Shows temperature, FAN speed, voltages, and DPR support.

Write 32bits data to registers
-Usage: mw <register(H)> <data(H)>
-register(H) : register should be 0x00000000 ~ 0xFFFFFFFC
-data(H) : data should be 0x00000000 ~ 0xFFFFFFFF
cfg=update the combined config file into MCU, user can u,lize “setmode” command to
select any of config (support in the future)
sbr=update the SBR file for Atlas switch.
fw=program or upgrade FW for Atlas switch.
mfg=update mfg file for Atlas switch.
