When not using the kettle for an extended period of time, disconnect the plug from
the power socket and allow it to cool down. Clean it according to the instruction above.
Before storing it, check that the kettle is clean and dry.
Store it in a dry, clean and well-ventilated location not exposed to extreme
temperatures and out of children's reach.
