The transmitter does not switch on
You cannot hear anything
Possible cause Solution
Is the mains unit
connected correctly? Check the connection of the mains
unit to the transmitter and to the
mains (see page 10).
Is the sound source
switched on? Switch your sound source on.
Is the volume of the
sound source suffi-
cient? Set the volume on your sound
source to a medium value.
Is the transmitter
set to operating
mode 2 (see
page 28)? Take the receiver out of the
charging compartment.
The transmitter automatically
switches on.
Possible cause Solution
Is there a free line
of sight between
receiver and trans-
mitter? Remove obstacles in the light path
between receiver and transmitter.
Is the receiver still
within the trans-
mitter’s range? Move the receiver closer to the
transmitter.
Are transmitter and
receiver exposed to
direct sunlight? Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
Are all connectors
connected correctly? Check the connection between the
transmitter and your sound source
(see page 7).
Is the operation
indicator

Check if the transmitter is switched
on (see page 11).
Is the transmitter
set up the wrong
way round? Set up the transmitter so that the
cables are guided away from the
receiver (see page 6).
