Resetting the headphones to the factory default settings/Reset

1. Switch the headphones off (> 18).

2. Press the voice assistant button for 4 seconds.

The Smart Control app also allows you to reset the headphones to

 

the factory default settings (e.g. EQ settings, ANC mode).
