 SI9507 FINISHED CAN PROBE 

USER INSTRUCTIONS

 

 
1. 

The pressure on the probe tip has been set to 4.5Kg.  This should 
not be adjusted. 

 
2. 

When not in use the probe should be left in the raised position to 
prevent distortion of the probe tip. 

 
3. 

The 5 pin connector should be inserted in the "probe" socket on 
the side of the SI9500. 

 
4 

The crocodile clip should be used to make good electrical contact 
with the metal of the can being tested. 

 
5. 

Care should be taken to ensure metalwork of the probe arm does
