If you have difficulty operating on your phone, the below suggestions 
should solve the problem. If you still have difficulty after trying these 
suggestions, please call your local SENAO service station for further 
assistance.

  

    

    1. Check the installation (P. 9-16)
    2. Make sure the power cord is plugged in.
    3. Is the handset battery fully charged?
    4. Is the handset power on?

  

    

    1. Make sure the telephone line cord is plugged firmly into the base unit 
        and the telephone jack.
    2. You may be too far from the base unit.
    3. Check the ringing volume for the handset (P. 26).

  

 

 

 

 

     

    1. Is the telescopic antennas of the base unit and the handset fully 
        extended?
    2. Move closer to the base unit.
    3. Press   FUNC    #   to change the channel.

    1. Make sure that the handset has been placed on the charger or base 
        correctly.
    2. Make sure that the battery has been paced on the charger correctly.

A. The Phone does not work......

B. The handset does not ring......

C. Interference, static, sound cuts in/out, fades......

D. The battery can not be charged......

E. The handset display Error 01 or Error 02 or Error 
    03...

    1. Please unload the battery pack then load it again to reset the 
        handset.
    2. If the above display content still appears, please re-register handset 
        to bases according to the instruction on page 27.
    3. If above procedure doesn't work, please call you local SENAO service 
        center.
