- Check if the product is correctly connected to a power source.
- Check if the genuine cable provided by us is used.
Points to be checked before asking for repair service
The product does not function at all.
- Check with the camera lens for any foreign matter on it.
- Check with the front windshield for any obstacle (tinting film) or foreign matter.
- As the quality may be lost depending on the surrounding conditions at the time
when a file is recorded, you need to take them into consideration when you view it.
The video quality of recorded files is
in poor condition.
- Remove the Micro SD memory card being used and insert again and use it.
- Try to format the Micro SD memory card before using it.
- Replace the long-used Micro SD memory card with a new one.
Video files are not stored in the
Micro SD memory card.
- Change current time in the Time setting using the PC Player.
There is a difference between the
time when an event actually took
place and the time the file was recorded.
- Check if the GPS tracking device has been influenced by such factor as metal coating
on the vehicle’s window or dark tinting. When the device is first used or it has been
unused for a long time, it can take about 5~30 minute to receive signals properly.
The GPS tracking system may be influenced by such factors as weather, satellite state,
and surrounding geographical features; so, move your car to a different place and
check the state again.
The GPS can't receive data.
Premium black box “CHANUN” models are entitled to receive A/S only when they used voltage output terminals (such as cigar jack)
supplied by automobile.
