Make a phone call from
centralized directory
1. press softkey
and scroll the options with UP and DOWN
arrows up to CORPORATE DIRECTORY
2. to confirm press SELECT softkey
3. enter the name or the first carachters of the name to be found and
press SELECT softkey (
To move the cursor to the right side press UP
arrow
)
4. scroll the names of the list and press SELECT softkey when found
5. make the phone call by pressing SELECT softkey
Note:
The contacts of the centralized directory are imported from LDAP
server so they can be displayed only if the server LDAP is correctly
configured otherwise, please contact the system administrator.
End a phone call
• return the handset to its cradle
or
• press speakerphone
button
or
• press softkey DISCONNECT
or
•
from headset mode(1)
:
press softkey DISCONNECT.
Answer a phone call
• lift the handset
or
• press speakerphone
button
or
• press “ANSWER” softkey
or
• press the button with the green led blinking quickly of incoming call
or
•
from headset mode(1)
:
press softkey “ANSWER” or the button
corresponding to the line engaged
Answer a second
incoming call
•
Answering a second incoming call while you are on the phone, is possible
if the phone has the “
call waiting
” activated by the administrator:
press the button of incoming call (LINE1 or LINE2 function keys), whose
led blinks quickly green, the first call is automatically placed on hold.
Note:
Even if the “
call waiting
” is activated, the user
CANNOT
answer to
a second call if the first one has been put on hold or parked by the
partner.
Hold and resume the call
1. press the button corresponding to the line engaged to place a call on
hold (LINE1/LINE2 function keys)
2. press the button corresponding to the line engaged to release the
previoulsy held call (LINE1/LINE2 function keys)
Park call/ Pickup parked
call
1. park call by pressing the PARK_X function key
2. pickup parked call by pressing the PARK_X function key again
(X = 0...4), you can have up to 5 PARK function keys
Making an attended call
transfer
1. press the button corresponding to the line engaged to place the call
on hold
2. dial the third party’s telephone press softkey CALL
3. wait for the answer
4. press softkey TRANSFER to complete the transfer and hang up
