• To enter a space press “#” key.
• To delete a character on the left of the cursor press DOWN arrow.
• To move the cursor to the right press UP arrow.
CALL : allows to call the selected contact, simply by pressing MENU/ENTER button.
READ : displays the telephone number of the selected contact.
MODIFY : changes all the data of the selected contact.
DELETE : removes the selected contact from the private directory.
10.4. Call list management
Access the call list by pressing the CALL LIST button or press menu/enter buttons and scroll the menu up
to CALL REGISTER where the last 10 missed, received and made calls are chronologically ordered from
the most recent to the oldest.
The number of missed calls is displayed on the phone screen, until they will be controlled.
Only the last call missed, received or made from/to the same Caller-ID is stored by the system.
From the Call List, the following operations are possible, by pressing one of the following OPTIONS
• Call
• Read
• Delete
• Store (
only if the number displayed is not already registered in private directory)
CALL : allow to make the call towards the selected number, simply by pressing MENU/ENTER button.
READ : display the telephone number of the caller and time and date of the call.
DELETE : cancel the selected telephone number from the list.
STORE : memorize the selected telephone number, in the private directory.
10.5. Delete lists
The items of Delete lists are:
• Delete outg. calls (cancel the list of made calls)
• Delete ans. calls (cancel the list of received calls)
• Delete unans. calls (cancel the list of missed calls)
Confirm the operation after having choosen the list to be deleted.
