9.4. Customizing call ring pattern
Change the ring pattern (flash-only, ring once, beep-only, etc.) in the following way:
1. press menu/enter button
2. scroll the menu up to
PROFILES
3. press MENU/ENTER button
4. choose one of the three options
GENERAL - MEETING - SILENT
5. to confirm press MENU/ENTER button
6. to exit the menu press ESC
GENERAL
It is the default ring pattern and does not change the ring set up by the user.
MEETING
It makes the ringer last only 2 seconds.
SILENT
The ringer is off, the incoming call is signalled by the led flashing blue.
9.5. Adjusting handset, speakerphone and ringer volume
Adjust the volume in the following way:
1. press menu/enter button
2. scroll the menu up to
SETTINGS
3. press MENU/ENTER button
4. insert the password (1234 default) and press MENU/ENTER button
5. choose one of the options:
HANDSET VOLUME / SPEAKER VOLUME / RINGER VOLUME
6. to confirm press MENU/ENTER button
7. the screen displays a status bar with the actual value, to make adjustment press
UP
or
DOWN
arrows
8. to confirm press MENU/ENTER button
9. to exit the menu press ESC
10. <
Save the changes?
> to save press MENU/ENTER button, to cancel press ESC.
9.6. Setting headset mode
To set your phone to headset mode, follow these instructions:
1. connect the headphone cable to the headphone connector on the back of the phone
2. press HEADSET function key configured by the administrator of the system and press it to on / off
the headset (the function key number 10 is reserved to this function).
When the headset mode is activated, you will see the letter "H" on the phone display.
