Posizionatore angolare APX 700 - Manuale d'uso - 47
It's sufficient to press
ENTER
(
↵
): the impulse is inverted (from
ON
to
OFF
or vice versa), and the
cursor is moved to the next impulse.
••
Moving to a specified degree
Even if it's possible to move through the train of impulses of the current output by pages, it may be
inconvenient to move (for example) from 25° to 245°, because you have to press
FN +
→
→
so many
times.
Thus, it's suitable to press
FN + 0
, that allows to jump directly to a specified impulse.
Note. While entering value, press
ESC
at any time to abort the operation,
ENTER
(
↵
) to end value
(0÷359) or
←
to delete the last digit entered.
••
Changing programming mode (cycle)
Using this option (key:
FN + 1
) you can change the current programming mode. APX 700 can store
the state of all the programmable outputs up to 16 different cycles (8 or 16), according to the number
of outputs programmed.
These cycles are related to the operative cycles of the machine to which APX 700 is connected.
For example, using 16 outputs you can store 8 different cycles: that means, e.g., that output 7,
programmed NO for cycle 0, can be programmed NC for cycle 1, and so on.
Thus, according to the cycle of the machine the output 7 can work as NO or NC contact (but you
have programmed it only a time) simply changing current mode.
Tis is valid for each output.
Once you have changed the programming cycle, this setting is valid either in programming or in
execution.
Note. While entering value, press
ESC
at any time to abort the operation,
ENTER
(
↵
) to end value
(0÷MAXMODES-1) or
←
to delete the last digit entered.
••
Programming a block of impulses
As mentioned in the introduction of this chapter, it's also possible to program a whole block of
impulses: this is more convenient than "a-impulse-at-a-time" when you have to program, for example, a
signal ON for a long period.
When pressing
FN + 2
APX 700 asks for the start point and the end point for the block to program
(the values must be in ascending order):
Once you have entered these values (if ordered and in the range 0÷359) you have to set the state of
the block: press
ON
or
OFF
.
Then APX 700 asks for a confirm: press
ENTER
(
↵
) or
ESC
.
