8.5 Replacing the power fuses
To replace the power fuses, do the following:
1. Switch the power off. Unscrew the fuse holder with a screwdriver counter clock-
wise.
2. Pull the fuse holder out with your fingers.
3. Make sure to replace the fuse by a suitable one.
4. Put back the fuse holder and lock it by turning it clockwise with a screwdriver.
8.6 Cleaning cycle
Every 100 cycles the equipment will indicate us that it needs a washing cycle. So, the
two TEST key leds will blink.
1. When the tank is empty, with no material inside, pulse SELECT for more than 5
seconds until “CLE” appears on the screen.
2. Press START and wait for 30 minutes, the equipment will make the cleaning cycle
automatically. Once finished, the equipment will work normally again.
8.4 Replacing/cleaning the sealing ring
Extract the old ring. You will need a flat screwdriver to begin the extraction. Then,
insert the new ring easily with the hands.
1. Hold the edge of the seal with one hand and insert the screwdriver beneath the
seal with the other hand. Pull out the seal slowly.
2. Once a section of the seal is out, you may pull the whole seal out with both hands.
Then, clean the seal groove and the sea. It it is broken or damaged, replace it with
a new one.
3. After the groove and the seal are cleaned, mount the seal back in place.
Note: the seal should be mounted evenly inside the groove with first 4 positioning
points in place. You may use your hands to press the seal in place evenly.
4. When inserting the seal, the inner edge might evaginate. You may use a screwdriver
to press the edge down in the groove.
To avoid steam leakage, we recommend cleaning the support edge of the recom-
mended gasket with a soft cloth dampened with distilled water.
