10. Repair
Repairs must be performed by Seiz Technical Gloves
GmbH or persons or Service Centres authorised by Seiz
Technical Gloves GmbH, as a technical safety check is
required following the repair.
11. Disposal
Used electrical devices including "historic" used electrical
devices from the company Seiz Technical Gloves GmbH
will be sent to us for disposal at our expense and disposed
of free of charge in accordance with European Directive
2002/96/EC and the German Electrical Act dated 16 March
2005. The sender is responsible for the costs of sending
the gloves to Seiz Technical Gloves GmbH.
In accordance with article 1, §18 and article 2 of the Act
Revising the Law of Waste-Related Product Responsibili-
ty for Batteries and Accumulators dated 25 June 2009 we
are obligated to provide the following information.
Your device contains a lithium-polymer accumulator.
Important:
The accumulator used in the device presents a fire hazard
and a risk of chemical injuries when not properly used.
Neither the device nor the battery may be opened or
dismantled, heated over 100°C or burned. For the rest,
the above-mentioned disposal provisions for used devices
apply.
