6.3 LAYOUT OF THE PRINTER MECHANISM AND THE THERMAL PAPER

Note the following precautions for the layout of the thermal paper.



Figure 6-4 shows recommended lay out of the printer mechanism and the thermal paper.



The paper guide is required on the paper holder as shown on the Figure 6-2 so the thermal paper is

led to paper inlet of the printer properly in order to improve paper detection stability. If the paper
guide cannot be set up, design paper insertion angle constantly to be 22 degrees or more as shown
on the Figure 6-2.
