６．１ 時計のスタート/
Starting the Chronometer
１．バッテリーキャップを外し単一乾電池３本を挿入して再びキャップをしっかり閉めてください。
時計が０．５秒刻みステップで動き出します。

「ＢＡＴＴ.－ＣＨＥＣＫ」スイッチを押すとバッテリーインジケータの針が青の部分を示します。
1. Remove the battery lid, insert three R20/D dry batteries, and close the battery lid tightly.
The second hand starts moving at 0.5-second intervals.
2. Press “BATT.-CHECK” switch to check that the pointer of the battery life indicator points to the
blue zone.
６．２ 時刻合わせ/
Time setting
電話時報等により正確な標準時刻に合わせます。
１．秒針が６０秒の位置に来たら「ＳＴＯＰ」スイッチを押して秒針を止めておき、時報音と同時に
手を離すと正しく時刻合わせができます。また、「ＡＤＪ.」スイッチを押して秒針を現在時刻ま
で追従させ、時刻合わせすることもできます。
２．次に時計裏面の調針用ツマミ保護蓋を外し、調針用ツマミで時分計を標準時刻に合わせます。調
針後は保護蓋をしっかり閉めてください。
Use the telephone or other time signal service to set the Chronometer to the correct standard
time.
1. Press and hold “STOP” switch when the second hand is at the 12 o’clock position, and
release it in accordance with a time signal for “00” seconds. The second hand setting can
also be made by keeping “ADJ.” switch pressed until the second hand indicates the current
seconds.
2. Remove the protection lid for hand setter knob, and turn the hand setter knob to set the hour
and minute hands to the standard time. After the hand adjustment is completed, be sure to
close the protection lid tightly.
